The 12 DIYs of Christmas – Santa Centerpiece

Hi friends!! I hope you’re having a wonderful weekend! Just one week until Christmas. I can hardly believe it!!

Today, for my DIY, I am showing how you can create a centerpiece using any of your favorite collections. I am using my Santa collection that I have gathered over the years.

Start with a basket/container add a secondary (smaller) container inside the basket.

I started by adding small pieces of wood of varying heights, which I glued down inside the smaller container, to create little risers for the Santas to stand on.

I glued the Santas to the pieces of wood. I want everything to stay in place and the hot glue will easily peel off when I’m ready to put my collection away for the season.

Once I had all of the Santas in place, I filled the little open spaces with fresh greenery and some fairy lights to add a bit of whimsy and magic.

When creating something like this, make sure you have your collection standing at different heights so you can easily see all the pieces in your collection.

I love how this turned out! I always love finding new ways to display my collections. A basket/container is such a great way to pull a collection together for a big impact!
