After Christmas styling – China hutch

Happy Friday, friends!! I hope you all have had a wonderful week!! Today, Tara and I are sharing how we have each styled are china cabinets for winter.

After all the hustle and bustle of the holidays and having so much extra decor out, as the new year starts and I get all the Christmas decor put away, I crave simplicity with minimal decor.

Here is what the cabinet looked like for Christmas..

And here it is today…

I miss all the fresh greenery from Christmas, so I added a couple of plants to add some freshness and green.

My hutch is one of my favorite places to style for every season. Winter is one of the few times that you will see it without much extra seasonal decor. The simplicity of all the white dishes and plants feels very wintry to me.

Let’s hop over to Tara’s blog to see how she has styled her cabinet for winter. I am always so inspired by her decor!! Simply click on the photo below….

Thank you so much for stopping by today!! Wishing you all a wonderful weekend!!

  1. You are so right about the white dishes looking like winter all on their own. Every time I see pics with your little plants in them I resolve to get some live plants in my home. I am not doing well at my resolution but I get inspired each and every time. They look so healthy. Love this!
