Today, for French Vintage Friday, I’m sharing this darling, chippy bench back. I adore the chippy paint!!!
My sister had an antique bench in her back yard that she was going to get rid of. As we looked at it, we had an idea…she would take the seat part of the bench and use it as a coffee table in her living room, and I would take the back. I had the perfect place in mind!
I’m completely loving it!!! I have wanted to put something there for awhile now, but didn’t know exactly what, until now.
It’s always exciting to think outside of the box, and find an awesome new use for something!

Hi Emily! What a fun idea to take apart this old bench and make it into wall decor. It fits perfectly in with your French style decor and it’s nice that your sister kept the other part and repurposed it into a coffee table. You’ll have to share that sometime!
