French Vintage Friday – a taste of Christmas…in July

Happy Friday, friends! I hope you have all had a wonderful week!!!

Today, for French Vintage Friday, Tara and I have decided to do a Christmas in July post. I love dreaming about Christmas!!

Welcome to my Christmas home of 2020…

My little entryway has always been one of my favorite places to decorate. It looks quite a bit different now that I have put up wallpaper and removed the board and batten. I can’t wait to figure out how to decorate it for the holidays this year!

My living room hasn’t changed much, although I did just paint it a slightly darker shade of gray and added a bit of wallpaper above the mantel, which I will show y’all soon! The tree in here is my favorite ever!! Perfect to show off all the vintage ornaments!

The tree in here, the family room, was a new addition last year. I usually get a real tree for the family room, but last year I decided to get a faux tree so I could leave it up longer. Love it!!

My little white putz house village always ends up in this cabinet. It’s one of my favorite DIYs ever! Click HERE to see how I made these sweet little houses!

The shelves in my kitchen change from year to year. This is one of my favorite places to decorate for the season. I love collecting these sweet little Santa mugs!! I have a few new additions to add to my collection this year! Yay!!!

This little corner in my bedroom was the first place that I decorated last year. It was the first year that I had a Christmas tree in my bedroom and I absolutely loved it!

Don’t worry, I’m not starting to decorate for Christmas yet. I’m not even planning, just letting the ideas swirl around in head until it’s time to decorate. For now, I’m enjoying all things summer!!

Let’s hop over to Tara’s Blog to check out her “Christmas in July” post! I can’t wait to read it! Simply click on the picture below…

Sending you all lots of love!! I hope your weekend is amazing!!!

Emily
