Goodbye summer, Hello autumn! – bedroom mantel

Happy Monday!! I hope y’all had a wonderful weekend!!

Today, Tara and I, are showing y’all how we have each decorated the mantel in our master bedroom for fall.

I started by gluing, using hot glue, my DIY autumn garland to my mantel, then added a couple vintage books, some pumpkins, eucalyptus, and flowers.

I wrapped small grapevine wreaths around the three center pumpkins.

I simply unraveled a grapevine wreath and then wrapped it around the pumpkins for a little added texture. I also added just a few flowers to the wrapped pumpkins. So easy, unique, and fun!

For flowers, I used wax flowers, protea, and pink spray roses.

I’m completely loving the vines wrapped around the pumpkins! You’ll definitely be seeing this idea again in other areas of my house!

I hope you enjoyed!

Let’s hop over and see what Tara has done on her mantel. Simply click on the picture below….

I hope you all have a wonderful day!!!

  1. Absolutely loving this! Those garlands wrapped around the pumpkins is gorgeous and I will be stealing that idea for sure! You know I love your autumn garlands too. So much so that I have collected most of the supplies to make some of my own. You have so much talent it astounds me.

  2. Beautiful!! I love all of the warm yet neutral feels, and the chairs!

  3. So pretty. Finding grapevine with all of the little curlicues in craft stores seems to be difficult, though. I think you’re lucky if you live where you can cut your own.

  4. Beautiful Emily, love your garland and the grapevine around the pumpkins.

    Enjoy your day
